Our email addresses were not working, now the issue has been fixed.
During a website upgrade, there was a misconfiguration in the Domain Name System(DNS). As we were rerouting into a new server, we had to reroute our domains into the new IP address of the server. All other systems were working fine, however, our email host noticed the changes at first but didn't notice the updates as we had to re-enter the credentials and re-verify our domains with them again. We would like to thank the person who pointed this out and we apologize for the different incidents this may have caused.
